I showed up for my hair appointment ON TIME. The told me to have a seat and Lauren would be right with me. 15 minutes later came and said "Lauren isn't here yet and she won't be for another 40 minutes. And she has another appointment when she gets in so you need to reschedule." Well screw you too!!
