42 Year Old Male Gynecomastia - Chicago, IL I wanted to reduce male breast tissue and reduce the "manboob" appearance. Breast Lift with 475cc Moderate Plus. Chicago, IL 2 weeks out and I just want to fast forward time so they can drop and fluff. So far I'm happy with the size, so that's good right? I was told by my plastic surgeon that there's a 10% chance that the implants won't drop due to the breast lift, so he suggested I wear a band for 2 hours a day to help.
