Doctor's sense of presence with patient, attention, excellent demeanor, competency, and knowledge of his field.
Dr Sinno and his whole team made this experience more perfect than I could have ever imagined. Everyone was welcoming, informative, and I truly felt cared for every time someone reached out or while I was in the office. The surgery couldn't have gone better, and the results are out of this world. Dr Sinno has improved my self confidence and my comfort level so much. I will never go to anyone other than him or his team for anything.
It was very fortunate that my dermatologist is in the building and referred me to Dr. Sinno for reconstruction after Mohs surgery. Dr. Sinno explained very clearly and showed me a visual of what he needed to do in order to close the wound. His nurse, Laura appeared to be very knowledgable and reassuring during the whole process. They work well together.
I absolutely love the attention and time that Dr. Sinno takes. His ability to make his patients feel at ease is incredible. I had 100% confidence and trust in him before heading into my procedure.
