I Was Hoping for More Attention to Detail I'm a year post-op rhinoplasty. The bridge was reconstructed and a septum straightened but the side nasal bones are protruding and were not narrowed and contoured to the bridge of the nose. See photos. I'm unsatisfied and currently seeking a rhinoplasty revision.

Revision rhinoplasty - I was impressed and assured! I went into Dr. Gross's office for a revision rhinoplasty. I rushed my first rhinoplasty and went to the doctor that could get me in the soonest. There is nothing I would change about my new nose I have wanted a rhinoplasty for about a decade now. I would always research and then chicken out.
