Do not recommend - severely collapsed nasal passages & under-projected nose Dr. Gross completely botched my rhinoplasty, leaving me with severely collapsed nasal passages and an under-projected nose. Prior to the surgery, I had no significant nose injuryjust an extremely minimal deviated septum, which Dr. Gross assured me he would fix. Consultation review - Can't wait for my surgery day! Primera Plastics was a great experience overall. I went in for a rhinoplasty septoplasty consultation, and Dr. Gross took care of me and made me feel very comfortable. I Was Hoping for More Attention to Detail I'm a year post-op rhinoplasty. The bridge was reconstructed and a septum straightened but the side nasal bones are protruding and were not narrowed and contoured to the bridge of the nose. See photos. Revision rhinoplasty - I was impressed and assured! I went into Dr. Gross's office for a revision rhinoplasty. I rushed my first rhinoplasty and went to the doctor that could get me in the soonest. Such a big mistake! I was stuck for a year, furious for wasting my money on a procedure that left me way worse off than I started. There is nothing I would change about my new nose I have wanted a rhinoplasty for about a decade now. I would always research and then chicken out.
