Septoplasty and Rhinoplasty Together. Washington, DC I was having trouble breathing after I fractured my nose and for years have also been dissatisfied with the hump on the top. I Had a Neck Liposuction -- SUCCESS!! - Washington, DC I had a neck liposuction done by Dr. Chaboki. It was performed at GW outpatient surgery center in downtown DC. The procedure went very well. I was put under anesthesia for the procedure. The entire process took about 3 hours.
