Dr. Downing is the best dermatologist I have ever been to. He was caring and sensitive to my dermatologic needs as well as providing me with the most current procedures available.

My two year old niece, who suffers from extreme eczema, was taken to see Dr. Downing by her grandmother.Trying to keep a two year old occupied an assistant came in and brought her markers so she could draw on the tissue on the bed.After having to wait over an hour and a half in the room, the Dr came in and was upset because there were some marks on the stool that the girl made while she was drawing.Why the assistant would give a two year-old permanent markers is one thing, but the doctor was more upset with his stool being m... read more

They would not see my two-year-old granddaughter for severe, eczema, rash and itching because she made a mark with a perm marker that THEY GAVE HER in the office. Absolutely pathetic!!! This guy should not be a doctor, and all the nurses office should find another profession.

I would not recommend unless you are Ok with being Nickled and Dimed for services, what could have been done on the first visit ended up taking 3 visits having to pay 3 co-pays even after I was told the complete estimate at the time of the first visit. Very unprofessional as far as billing policies, says one thing and does another trying to get more money out of the patient, even the follow-up visit after surgery to complete the job was being charged another office visit, so instead I walked out and canceled the follow-up vi... read more
