My initial experience was wonderful and I felt great. Unfortunately after my second visit in December, I developed an abscess and my pellets came out, intact two weeks ago. Similar story to Lori's review below. Initially, the plan was great and the care providers are wonderful. I have been paying for the VIP membership for 2+ years. I had an issue where my pellet also developed an abcess with intense bruising for weeks. I did not bring up the issue because it can happen.
