The team at NRPS went above and beyond for me. I was originally set to have surgery with a doctor that unexpectedly left the practice. I was nervous, unsure of what to do, and then I met with Dr. Ortiz and Lauren, and all my worries dissipated. I cannot give them enough accolades. I found dr Juan after meeting with several doctors for scar revision surgery. I have difficult skin (hypertrophic scarring) so it is a bit of a difficult case. He is extremely knowledgeable and uses the latest techniques to ensure the best result. So so happy and highly recommend him to anyone! I even make a 4 hr round trip drive for my appointments to make this happen lol he is the best!
