Amazing experience from start to finish. Dr Ortiz and his staff are friendly, personable and answer any questions you may have. Lauren was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make my experience as smooth as possible. She’s awesome. I cannot recommend North Raleigh Plastic Surgery enough.
The team at NRPS went above and beyond for me. I was originally set to have surgery with a doctor that unexpectedly left the practice. I was nervous, unsure of what to do, and then I met with Dr. Ortiz and Lauren, and all my worries dissipated. I cannot give them enough accolades. Doctor Ortiz is a true artist. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The results of my surgery exceeded my expectations. I had an amazing experience. I love the staff! They are all wonderful.
I found dr Juan after meeting with several doctors for scar revision surgery. I have difficult skin (hypertrophic scarring) so it is a bit of a difficult case. He is extremely knowledgeable and uses the latest techniques to ensure the best result. So so happy and highly recommend him to anyone! I even make a 4 hr round trip drive for my appointments to make this happen lol he is the best!
I had the best possible experience at North Raleigh plastic surgery. HUGE shout out to Nurse Lauren Jones, Ruby Perez, and Dr Jones for providing the most outstanding support I could have asked for. They go above and beyond to accommodate and care for you. Both the nurses and Dr are very particular and detail oriented making everything super smooth. Thank you for everything I am forever grateful.
